How to clean surfaces in a kitchen area

All surfaces in a kitchen area should be cleaned and disinfected. Disinfectants are usually cannot penetrate through the layer of oil or fat that's why it is important to clean first the surface with the soapy water.

Just cleaning the surface will not kill the bacterias that can be on the surface.


Step 1 - Clean the surface with the soapy water, rinse and let it dry


Step 2 - Disinfect the surface with the proper chemicals, can be QUAT-based or alcohol based
