Chopping Boards

Using separate chopping boards for raw and ready-to-eat/cooked food can prevent cross-contamination.


Here are some common colour code (it can be different in different restaurants):

  • Grey /white - dairy products

  • Green - fruits or vegetables

  • Brown - vegetables

  • Red - raw meat

  • Yellow - cooked meat

  • Blue - seafood and fish
