Cleaning of a deep fryer

1. Fill the deep fryer up with water, 2 cm above the oil level + 10-50 % Kenolux GRILL (1-5L per 10L) 2. Warm it up at a temperature of max. 80°C during +/- 10 minutes

3. Wait till the solution is cold and the fat comes into the solution

4. Let act upon during 15 minutes

5. Rinse without rubbing
