Sourdough Library

Puratos opened a sourdough library which is located in the village of St. Vith, Brussels. It has a big collection of sourdough starters.

Karl De Smedt created the library and he travels around the world to find the old recipe for making bread. Professors, professional bakers are visiting the libraries to learn new methods and the microorganism of the traditional leaven.
